अगर बचपन लौट आए
[ ( १ ) विचित्र कल्पना ( २ ) पढ़ाई का बोझ कम हो जाए (३) शरारत करने के मौके मिले (४) इच्छाएँ पूरी हो जाएँ (५) आर्थिक लाभ (६) ऐसा भाग्य कहाँ ? ]
जो समय बीत गया, वह कभी वापस नहीं लौटता। फिर भला बीत चुका बचपन वापस कैसे लौट सकता है? फिर भी यदि बचपन के दिन लौट आएँ, तो सचमुच बड़ा मजा आ जाए।
बचपन के लौटने का सबसे बड़ा लाभ यह मिले कि सिर पर पढ़ाई का बोझ हलका हो जाए। न बीजगणित के कठिन प्रश्न हल करने पड़े, न रेखागणित के प्रमेयों में सिर खपाना पड़े। इतना ही नहीं, समाजशास्त्र से भी छुटकारा जाए और अर्थशास्त्र भी व्यर्थशास्त्र हो जाए। फिर मजे से' ट्विंकल ट्विंकल लिटिल स्टार' और ' जिंगलबेल' की कविताएँ याद करूँ। जो शिक्षक आज बात-बात पर डाँटते हैं, वे मेरी तोतली बोली में कविताएँ सुनकर इतने खुश हो जाएँ कि मुझे अपनी गोद में बिठा लें।
यदि बचपन के दिन लौट आएँ, तो मस्ती का दौर फिर से शुरू हो जाए। कृष्ण कन्हैया की तरह माखनचोरी करने लगूँ। क्या मजाल है जो एक भी चॉकलेट या टॉफी सकुशल बच पाए। माँ दोपहर में सोकर उठे तो दूध की मलाई साफ हो गई मिले। मिठाई कहीं भी छिपाकर रखी गई हो, मेरी नजर से न बच पाए।
बचपन का आनंद तो बालसखाओं की टोली में मिलता है। तरह-तरह के खेल और उनकी प्रतियोगिताएँ, मित्रों के साथ अमराई में जाना, पेड़ पर चढ़कर आम तोड़ना, आपस में लड़ना और फिर एक हो जाना। यदि मेरा बचपन लोट आए तो उस आनंद का कहना ही क्या?
आज घर के बड़े लोगों से कुछ माँगाता हूँ तो कोई सुनता नहीं। हाँ, बालक की तरह रोने लगें या रूठ जाऊँ, तो सब मुझे हाथोहाथ लेने लगें। तुरंत मेरी इच्छा पूरी की जाए। उसमें देर होने पर मैं रो-रोकर सबकी नाक में दम कर दूँ। जब चाहूँ तब पतंग आए, गेंद मिल जाए, नए जूते खरीद दिए जाएँ और मनचाहे कपड़े पहनाए जाएँ। तब दादी भी परियों की कहानी सुनाने को मजबूर हो जाए। मेरा बचपन लौट आने पर सिलाई में मेरा कम कपड़ा लगे, बस-ट्रेन में आधा किराया देना
पड़े। मेरी पढ़ाई का खर्च भी कम हो जाए। बचपन के लौटने की कल्पना भले कर लूँ, पर ऐसा भाग्य कहाँ कि वह सचमुच लौट आए।

Work "National Literacy Mission" was established in 1952. All the state govemments are asked to spread literacy drive in the nook and comer is that of the country. Crores of rupees are being spent on educating the rural masses.opition Many non government organisations and social voluntary agencies are entrusted with the job of adult education with subtantial financial is the and administrative help. Some states like Kerala and West Bengal have achieved admirable success in raising the percentage of literacy to a peak point. Some states like Maharashtra, states Punjab Rajasthan etc. have been putting their best to go ahead with their literacy campaigns. However, the result is below the expectation 😍.
The reasons are many. Impact The first and foremost reason is poverty. Due to it, the middle class and lower class families in rural area can not afford to attend literacy classes for the elders though arranged at night. Very They either do not understand the importance of literacy or after day's tiresome work on farms they have no desire to learn the alphabets. That The second reason is the insufficiency of the govt. and voluntary youth organisations to take up this job with dedication. The youths who are is the educated do not feel it their responsibility to reach the unlettered multitudes. The third and the most important reason is that our whole marathi educational system is commercial and not life-oriented. Our youths are not made socially and culturally aware to face the existing realities. Impact They have to be inspired to contribute to this national work.
